Sinotimer MC101 is a digital PID temperature controller with a universal input for PT100, RTD, thermocouple and other supported temperature sensors.

The controller supports temperature control from –90 to 400 °C and can be used for both heating and cooling. It features automatic PID tuning, a 4-digit red LED display and a 10 A relay output.

The temperature sensor is not included. A suitable PT100 sensor can be purchased separately.

Sinotimer MC101 PID Temperature Controller

Sinotimer MC101 is a digital PID temperature controller designed for precise temperature control in heating and cooling applications.

The controller has a universal input supporting PT100, RTD and thermocouple temperature sensors. The input type can be configured according to the sensor being used.

PT100 Temperature Controller

The MC101 can be used as a PT100 temperature controller for applications requiring accurate temperature measurement and automatic temperature regulation.

The controller supports a wide temperature range from –90 to 400 °C.

The PT100 temperature sensor is not included. A suitable PT100 sensor can be purchased separately.

PID Temperature Control

The MC101 uses PID control to maintain the desired temperature. PID parameters can be adjusted according to the application.

The built-in automatic tuning function (Auto-Tuning) can automatically find suitable PID parameters for the connected heating or cooling system.

Heating and Cooling Control

The Sinotimer MC101 can be configured for both heating and cooling control.

This makes the controller suitable for applications where the temperature must be maintained around a defined setpoint.

Universal Sensor Input

The controller supports different types of temperature sensors, including PT100 and thermocouples. The required input type can be selected in the controller settings.

Digital LED Display

The current temperature and configured values are displayed on a 4-digit red LED display.

The temperature can be displayed in degrees Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F).

10 A Relay Output

The MC101 has a relay output rated up to 10 A / 220 V AC, corresponding to a maximum switching power of approximately 2200 W.

For higher-power heating equipment or inductive loads, we recommend using a suitable contactor or additional power relay.
